Delivery

UK MAINLAND CUSTOMERS

All products will display the postage and packaging price once added to cart. Iif you buy multiple items we will combine the cost. Each item is packaged and weighed to establish the price for postage. For large orders we will consider using courier service as this sometimes proves the cheaper option.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Once your order is made, we will package your parcel up, weigh it and then email you an invoice for the difference in the postage. Pay pal will only calculate UK postage, your overseas postage will be higher and once your postage invoice is paid after your order is placed - we will dispatch your goods.

DAMAGE AND NON-DELIVERY

All damages and failed deliveries must be reported immediately. No complaints can be made unless made within 7 working days of receipt of goods.

Please note, damaged goods can only be refunded if the goods are returned to us in their original packaging.
