Photos, slides, negatives to CD or DVD presentations
Prices for scanning are as follows:-
Slides & negative - 25p per frame - output = JPegs on CD more info...
Slides, negative & photographs - 50p each - output = DVD slideshow movie
We can transfer 35mm, 5cm x 5cm mounted slides, 35mm negatives and photographs up to A4 (10x8) to a CD (Peg's) or a movie on DVD.
Slides are scanned at a minimum 4800dpi
Negatives are scanned at a minimum 1200dpi
Using high-quality scanning equipment with Digital ICE technology,
they are transferred to digital format.
Each image is assessed individually and is cropped and enhanced accordingly.
All prices for dvd movie include the following;
· High-quality scanning using Digital ICE technology.
· Minor repair to damaged photos.
· Your chosen music.
· A DVD menu and background music.
· A personalised cover in a DVD case.
· Your chosen title.
· Special effects.
· Pan and zoom to bring your photos to life, this gives a video effect
to your movie.
· Brightness/contrast adjustment where necessary.
· Red eye removal.
· The option to allow us to crop, edit and enhance our copy of your
photo to further enhance your DVD. Your original photo, slide or negative
will be returned to you untouched.
You can also choose the following;
· The music for your DVD menu.
· Two photos, one for the front and one for the back of your DVD case.
Music
Please include your choice of music on CD, as a rough guide allow
approximately 15-20 photos to one track of music.
If you don't have your chosen music, please list the artist and song
on the order form, we will do our best to purchase the music on your
behalf.
If you don't have a preference to the music used, we will be happy
to purchase and choose the music that will complement your movie,
this is included in the price.
Extra copies of your DVD complete with case and personalised cover
are available for £10.00
We use DVD+R's, as they are compatible with the majority of DVD players,
if you would prefer your movie on a DVD-R please let us know when
ordering.
If your order is a gift and you are not sure which DVD is compatible
we can produce the movie on both discs for you at a further cost of
£6.00.
We can only scan slides in proper mounts, they will be scanned in
the sequence they are stored in the tray/box.
It is sometimes impossible to tell which is the "view-side",
please mark the slide if there is any doubt of the correct orientation.
Please choose your better quality slides, generally a very dark slide
will produce a very dark image.
We scan negatives in strips and crop accordingly. If you do not require
all the photos in the strip, please use the number found on the edge
of the strip and list. This number can also be used to indicate the
order in which the negatives should appear on your DVD.
Our enhancement service is included in the price and will greatly
improve the image quality on your DVD.
You can have a combination of photos, slides and negatives for your
movie on DVD.
