Terms and Conditions
It is agreed that the following terms and conditions are an integral part of this contract with Truly Memorable and no modification of these terms effective unless agreed in writing by all parties.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully before you make your order, when you place your order with us you are agreeing to these terms. You/your refers to yourself, the customer. We/us/our refers to ‘trulymemorable.co.uk
1. Data Protection
We promise to respect your privacy and confidentiality. All photographs will be held on our system for one month (after completion of movie) the one month period allows you time to request any further copies. We will not pass on information about you to a third party.
2. Copyright
You must ensure the material does not infringe on any third parties copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that may already be copyrighted material, or for any other reason at our discretion.
3. Loss or Damage
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your photographs/photo media whilst in the hands of the postal service. In the very unlikely event of loss or damage after receipt to us we will refund a maximum replacement value of up to £50.
4. Your Responsibility
We reserve the right to refuse material at our discretion. Please do not send obscene/offending material. 'trulymemorable.co.uk' makes movies for family viewing only.
5. Faulty DVD
All DVD's are tested prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event your copy of the DVD will not play, we ask you to return it to us and we will replace it free of charge.
6. Complaint
In the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the finished DVD and we did not carry out your instructions properly, please return the DVD and contact us to see if we can rectify the problem. If we are unable to satisfy your order to your requirements, we will refund the monies paid to us. The order will be cancelled.
7. Music
Music plays an important part in your movie, please choose carefully. The 'right' music can just give your film that extra 'something'! Please supply your CD(s) with your chosen tracks (these will be returned to you). As long as you have legally purchased the music and will use the DVD for your own personal use this falls within your rights under the 'fair use provision' of copyright laws. If you don't have the music you require we may be able to purchase it for you. We will legally purchase single tracks on your behalf from various web sites.
8. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. We do not put a time scale on as jobs vary from quite straight forward to complex. Estimated date of dispatch will be emailed to you in good time. If you require your movie quickly please let us know when ordering and we will try our best depending on workload.
9. Payment
We will require a 10% deposit to confirm your order. Upon receipt of your movie we expect payment in full.
10. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
