1. All images on this site are the property of Jen Addison (JK photography) and are protected by UK copyright law.

2. Images should not be reproduced without written permission.

4. I reserve the right to decide where and how it’s images are used.

5. Ownership of the images will not pass to the customer unless expressly agreed in writing by the company.

6. Images on this site are reduced in size for the ease of internet downloading and do not represent the true quality of the final image.

7. Image formats must be agreed between the company and the customer before a shoot takes place as they may not be able to be changed afterwards.

8. The company reserves the right to use it’s images in advertising for it’s services unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

9. Terms of payments for commercial services are a 50% deposit in advance followed by the balance upon completion.

10. Terms of payment for the individuals are deposit in advance followed by cleared funds 14 days before the event.

11. Cheques should be made payable to ‘J. Addison’

12. The company reserves the right to collect statutory interest at the prevailing rate on any debt older than 7 days and to instruct a collection agency on its behalf.

13. The company reserves the right to credit check any potential customer.

14. The company agrees to act in the best interest of the client at all times but cannot be held responsible for issues which may arise that are beyond it’s reasonable control.

15. The company agrees to keep all client information confidential and acts in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.

16. By trading with the company the customer agrees that they have read and agreed with these conditions
